Promo Code Issue : Cu applied Promo Code before did payment. But after booking already paid and confirmed cu realized no discount applied to amount paid. How to validate the root cause; SYSTEM ERROR or CU ERROR? New BE : Check User Info tab .
Is Promo Code Redeemed? YES, promo code listed in cu acct.. NO, promo code not listed in cu acct..
Adv cu : Promo Code must be redeeemmed or saved to your account before apply discount to your payment. Make sure you the code now so that you can use it on your next purchase..
Check under Useable, has Promo Code been Applied? YES (false). NO (true).
Was the promo code applied to current booking ID or different booking ID? Current booking ID. Diff booking ID.
