Delivery confirmations can be made easy with the use of this decision tree. This will help agents identify if a call is needed or not and what their next step may be.
How many days prior to the delivery date? - Day 1, Day 2 or Day 3? (Do not count Sundays or Mondays).
1 day - Filter next day (do not include Sun/Mon). 2 days - Filter 2 days out (do not include Sun/Mon). 3 days - Filter 3 days out (do not include Sun/Mon).
What is the contact status?
AP - Auto Pre-confirmed. AS- Auto Scheduled. LM - Left Message. SL - Select contact Status. PCLM - Preconfirmed Left Message. PC - Pre-confirmed. VC - Voice Confirmation. EC - Email Confirmation. TC - Text Confirmation.
Make a manual attempt to perform day 1 confirmation.
Check the notes to determine special circumstance and manually attempt to contact, perform day 1 confirmation.
What time of day is it at the consumer's address?
Before 2pm. After 2pm.
