Replace the tank.
Is the Valve on the tank open? Yes. No.
Open the Valve.
Is the Tank Connector Seated? Tank Connection should be tight and seated fully, some instances will find an O-Ring from the previous tank on the connector on the fuel line side. Yes. No.
