What problem are you experiencing?
A specific post is not showing up in Dash. There are Duplicate Posts in Dash for a single Article.
Can you confirm that pageviews are firing using the directions here (https://www.parse.ly/help/post/4332/can-confirm-site-sending-pageviews-parse-ly-2/)?
Yes, Pageviews are firing. No, Pageviews aren’t firing.
Please double check that the Parsely tracking script (found here: https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/basic/) is included and loading properly on the page. If it is and issues persist, please contact our support team here. .
If you go to ‘Posts’ and filter to see ‘Non-Post Pages’, can you see the url of the article in the resulting listings?
Yes. No.
Please contact the support team here.
The page may have invalid metadata. What happens if you run the page through the validator here (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/validate/)?
The Validator returns errors. The Validator returned no erros with the metadata.
Please fix the metadata on the article page. Here are details about how the metadata should be formatted (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/jsonld/). After the metadata is updated, you need to recrawl the page (See here for details on what a recrawl is and how you can launch one: https://www.parse.ly/help/post/4336/whats-a-recrawl/). The historic data rebuild for articles under 5 days old occur automatically. If the article is older than 5 days old, you will need to contact our Support team.

If you click on the symbol for the different post pages in Dash, are you directed to a preview or staging site page or are you directed to different live production urls that should be associated together?
Some of the url links take me to preview/staging sites. The url links take me to different live articles that should be associated together.
Please contact Parse.ly support here. They will block the pixels firing from your preview/staging sites, remove the duplicate posts associated with preview/staging sites, and rebuild the site to remove them from the Dashboard..
If you have articles that you would like to be associated together but that are appearing separately in Dash, please ensure that the Parsely canonical (JSON-LD: url; Repeated Metas: parsely-link or parsely-post-id) matches on all articles you would like to associate together. After the metadata is updated, you need to recrawl the page (See here for details on what a recrawl is and how you can launch one: https://www.parse.ly/help/post/4336/whats-a-recrawl/).
