Is your video tracking problem related to expected traffic data for a video or with not seeing the video in the dashboard?
I can’t see the video in the dashboard. The traffic data for a video does not match my expectations or is different from comparable tools.
If you navigate to an article featuring the video and follow the directions here (https://www.parse.ly/help/post/4332/can-confirm-site-sending-pageviews-parse-ly-2/), can you see a videostart firing for the video and verify that the data associated with the video start is accurate? (Note: Search for a ‘videostart’ instead of a ‘pageview’).
I can verify a videostart is firing when the video plays and the metadata is accurate, but I still can’t find the video in the dashboard.. I can verify a videostart is firing when the video plays, but the metadata doesn’t match the video that is playing. . I can't see a videostart firing.

(Note: Search for a ‘videostart’ instead of a ‘pageview’) If videos are autoplayed as part of a queue, please verify that videostarts with the appropriate metadata are launched for all videos in the queue. If engaged time for a video seems higher or lower than expected, it is likely related to your implementation of the trackPlay and trackPause functions detailed here (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/video/#video-tracking-javascript-api).
