Can this workstation access the internet? Yes - This indicates that the workstation is on a network and able to communicate outside of the store.. No.
Can this work station Ping the Server by IP? Yes - This indicates that the workstation is on a functional network that has communication with the server. We can assume the server is powered on and operating.. No - This indicated that the workstation is on the network, how ever the server is not. The server may be powered off, or may be offline..
Can this work station Ping the Server by name? Yes. No.
This work Station is on the network and able to properly communicate with the server. The error may be server related rather than network related..

What color is the display panel? Orange - Orange illumination indicates that only ONE of the server power supplies is receiving power.. Blue - Blue indicates that the server is correctly powered on both plugs. The UPS should be functioning as normal. There may still be issues with the network, or the server may be "stuck" on a startup screen..
This is common after storms or power outages. This commonly indicates that the battery back up was depleted, when power returned, the UPS did not power on. The Server is receiving power from the passthrough side only. Often times, network equipment may also be powered off preventing the server from communicating with the rest of the network..
