Will promotion result in increase of numeric job level? Ex. L4 to L5. No. Yes.
Change in exempt status or job title with no change in numeric job level is NOT processed as a promotion. Please partner with iTEAM to process an internal transfer or your HRBP to process a data change.
Will promotion fill an approved, budgeted, and posted open requisition? Yes. No.
Will promotion result in change of job family ? Ex. Manager I, Operations in FC Job family to Program Manager II in PRGMGT Job family. Yes . No.
