Run "Condominium Visitor Access Request Process".
Do they have a photograph on file in the system? Yes. No.
Positive identification.
Do they have a valid Florida ID? Yes. No.
Does it match the name in the Association database? Yes. No.
Run "Condominium Visitor Access Request Process".
Does the adress on the ID match the building's unit address? Yes. No.
Positive identification - take photo and add to profile in Association database.
Has the individual been a Condominium resident for more than 10 days? Yes. No.
Positive Identification - set proxy card to expire in 3 days (Florida ID is required); take photo and add to profile in FSR Connect.
Positive Identification - set proxy card to expire in 5 days (Florida ID is required); take photo and add to profile in FSR Connect.
Do they have a valid out of state ID or Passport? Yes. No.
Run "Condominium Visitor Access Request Process".
