Is your problem related to a standard integration or special integration (Dynamic Tracking, Facebook Instant Articles, or Google AMP)?
Standard Integration. Special Integration (Dynamic Tracking, Facebook Instant Articles, or Google AMP).
What problem are you seeing?
A post is not showing up in the dashboard. There are duplicate posts in the dashboard for a single article.
Can you confirm that pageviews are firing using the directions here? (https://www.parse.ly/help/post/4332/can-confirm-site-sending-pageviews-parse-ly-2/)? (Note: Parse.ly requires full rather than relative URL values).
Yes, pageviews are firing. No, pageviews aren't firing.
Please double check that the Parse.ly tracking script (found here: https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/basic/) is included and loading properly on the page. If it is and issues persist, please contact our support team here. .
If you go to this page of non-post results (https://dash.parsely.com/to/posts/?page_type=nonpost) , can you see the url of the article in the resulting listings?
Yes, I can see the URL of the article in the non-post listings. No, I can't see the URL in the non-post listings.
Please contact the support team here.
The page may have invalid metadata. What happens if you run the page through the validator tool here (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/validate/)?
There are no errors. The validator tool returns errors.
Please contact our support team here.
Please fix the metadata on the article page. Here are details about how the metadata should be formatted if you’re using json-ld (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/jsonld/) or if you’re using parsely-metas (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/metatags/). After the metadata is updated, you need to recrawl the page (See here for details on what a recrawl is and how you can launch one: https://www.parse.ly/help/post/4336/whats-a-recrawl/). If the article is older than 5 days old, you can con.
If you click on the arrow icon next to the URL for the different post pages in the dashboard, are you directed to a preview or staging site page or are you directed to different live production urls that should be associated together?
Some of the url links take me to preview/staging sites.. I am linked to different production urls that should be associated together. Neither.
Please contact Parse.ly support here. (Link to Updated Recrawl Help Docs).
If you have articles that you would like to be associated together but that are appearing separately in the dashboard, please ensure that the “canonical URL” value matches on all articles you would like to associate together using the directions here (). This “canonical URL” value is the primary key Parse.ly uses to associate together traffic from different URLs under a single post page. After the metadata is updated, you need to recrawl the page (See here for details on what a recrawl is and ho.

Which special integration would you like help with?
Facebook Instant Articles (FBIA) Tracking. Google AMP Tracking. I want to track dynamically loaded content (i.e. single page web applications, pages with infinite scroll, or images in a slideshow carousel).
See this page (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/fbinstant/) for information on how to track FBIA articles.
See this page (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/google-amp/) for information on how to track Google AMP articles.
Dynamic tracking can be necessary for all content that loads dynamically, without a full-page refresh. Examples of this include single page web applications, pages with infinite scroll, and some image slideshows. See this page (https://www.parse.ly/help/integration/dynamic/) for information on how to track pageviews for dynamically loaded content..
